I'm very satisfied with this product. I've used many different printservers, and they've all been problematic. This one's reliable and works great for OSX and Win XP.
Perhaps because I'm working with an older HP laser printer (4000T), this product required a number of tech support calls to make it work. And when I updated the firmware on my Linksys wireless router, I had to make several calls once again to tech support.But tech support was always available without much wait. And although it took call-backs from people at the supervisor level, eventually they solved the problem and the device has been working flawlessly ever since.
This might be a good product but even with Comcast's help could not get it to work with a Canon i560. I was trying to hook it up with a Neatgear combo router-modem. I have an hp notebook and wanted to leave the printer in one room and use the hp in another.Dean
UPS arrived at 1:00 PM at 1:15 PM I plotted my first D size drawing from my HP 450 Plotter. This was as easy as it gets for setup and use. The software was simple and straightforward. I am very pleased with this product.
Was able to configure it fine. Hooked this up to my laser printer and could not get it to work. Was on the network. But printed documents just disappeared. I'll be returning mine.
